Subprocessors

An overview of providers involved in running Pilotio who may, as part of that, process passenger personal data on a pilot's/company's behalf as a Processor or sub-processor under the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Stripe (the pilot's own subscription payments) is deliberately NOT listed here — it does not process passenger data, only the pilot's own payment data.
1. Current list
- Supabase — Database hosting, authentication and file storage. Depends on the region configured for the Pilotio project in Supabase's own settings — confirm with the operator.
- Vercel — Hosting and running the Pilotio web application. Depends on the deployment region configured for the Pilotio project in Vercel — confirm with the operator.
- Resend — Sending transactional e-mail from the application (e.g. booking confirmations, sign-in links, support correspondence). Depends on the sending-domain configuration at Resend — confirm with the operator.
2. Changes to the list
We will announce a subprocessor change in an appropriate way (by updating this page, possibly via an additional channel) with notice before it starts processing data; a pilot has the right to raise a reasoned objection to such a change under the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), Art. 9.
