Questions pilots ask
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You register on the Free plan, which includes your first 15 bookings. A card is only needed if you later choose a paid plan.
Is Pilotio suitable for a single tandem pilot?
Yes. A solo pilot gets a personal booking page, availability management, passenger records and a flight overview.
Can my company manage multiple pilots?
Yes. The Company plan covers up to 5 pilots with a shared public page, shared reservations and a central overview.
Can passengers book online, and does it work on a phone?
Yes. Passengers open your booking link, fill in a short form, confirm their e-mail and choose a free time — no passenger account needed. Pilotio runs in the browser on phone, tablet and computer.
Can I put a booking link on my website, or use QR codes?
Every pilot gets a booking link to share anywhere. Companies also get a public page with pilot profiles, a QR code and a booking widget to embed on their own website.
What happens when I reach the free limit?
Your data stays available, but to take new reservations you upgrade to a higher plan. The limit counts every reservation ever created and does not reset.
Can I import my customers, and which features need Pro or Company?
Pilotio Mailing and contact import from CSV or Excel are available in the Pro and Company plans. Company Online (public page, QR code, embedding) belongs to the Company plan.
How does Pilotio handle booking conflicts?
A time that is already taken is refused and the passenger is asked to choose another. Pilotio also checks the pilot's bookings made through a Company.
